Great advisor but issue remains unresolved Philip is usually my service advisor. He consistently provides excellent customer service. However, I am having an issue with my TLX having a rough sh Philip is usually my service advisor. He consistently provides excellent customer service. However, I am having an issue with my TLX having a rough shift in traffic and was told there is nothing they can do until Acura provides a computer upgrade. I asked when that will be and Acura won’t give an estimated date. This issue should be taken seriously by Acura being as though they sell this vehicle as luxury. I was very disappointed in the lack of resolution. Again, this is not the service advisor’s fault but it certainly is a problem Acura should be addressing immediately especially since it is a known problem with the TLX’s. More
