I think that Bobby is the epitome of customer service. Additionally I feel that the Acura technicians don't get the credit they deserve, the work they do on my car is top notch. I have had services on other cars with mechanics in the past where I had to go back because they didn't service the car properly. I have never had to go back to spreen and that's because the mechanics and technicians there are certified and great at servicing my car. More

We are a Honda/Acura family but were ready to walk away and buy a Toyota or head to Weir Acura if we had to. We chose Spreen Acura in large part because of Edgar, he was way better than the Toyota seller we were talking to. Edgar is a go getter, of all the dealerships that we went to most the sales people seemed disinterested in even talking to us.
