Big change since Spreen bought from Hendricks I guess, at the end of the day, I did not review the numbers before the final signing like I should have, so I really have nobody to be upset with exc I guess, at the end of the day, I did not review the numbers before the final signing like I should have, so I really have nobody to be upset with except myself. However, when the salesperson delivered my vehicle for the signing, he was very nice, but he was terribly ignorant -not stupid, when it came to answering questions regarding my lease. I expressed my dissatisfaction, signed the paperwork because I agreed to it, and asked for him to have Chris Rushing call me the next day. Later the next day, the salesman called me, to see if all was okay, when I asked if Chris was going to call me, he responded that he told him that if I wanted to talk to him, I was welcome to call him. Someone needs to teach this person some common courtesy - obviously, the salesman again, sensed my dissatisfaction, so a few minutes later Chris called me. He asked me what the issue was, and when I told him that the price sent to me via email, did not turn out to be the price I was actually going to pay. Their is more to this story, as this was an early lease exit at their request. He had a real take it or leave it attitude and said nobody made me sign the deal. I agreed and said thank you and ended the call. Once again shortly thereafter, the salesman called me again, not sure why, and I told him that Chris called me -- he was surprised to hear that, what he did not realize, is that, Chris called me from the salesman's cell phone which he had given me, and had me on speaker. Now, this is my 6th Acura from this dealership, and we leased a Saturn from the prior dealership before they became Riverside Acura, so I have been very loyal, and the Service Department has always been very good. I would simply sum it up that this was not Acura's finest hour on how to treat what I thought was a valued customer. Phillip was very accommodating and informative. I had my wife's month old Acura 2020 towed in due to a tire blowout and needed tire replaced. He did not have one but had one delivered and mounted.
