I had brought my Saturn in for an oil and filter change, a post trip inspection (I was going on a road trip the next day), and the automatic door locks had to be checked. Everything checked out a-ok. Wasted my time . I went in describing a specific problem with my car and the employee who helped did not listen to the issue at all. They didn'teven check what my concern was. A pleasant, friendly experience. Had a 5000 mile service appointment. Was greeted promptly by a friendly service advisor who explained everything and gave me an estimated wait time. The waiting room was clean and well stocked with refreshments. Service was completed quicker than promised, and the advisor went over the service and multi-point inspection and recommendations. Be careful of this dealer when you buy a car from them. Make sure you get in writing what they are promising especially when you lease. I just had a negative ex of this dealer when you buy a car from them. Make sure you get in writing what they are promising especially when you lease. I just had a negative experience with Spreen where they promised to pay the excess miles (on a previous car) but hadn't. We did not know that Spreen had not paid the excess miles until our credit scores kept getting hit for several months. Spreen was also very evasive when I tried calling them to help resolve the issue. In the end, I ended up paying for the excess miles. Acura was not very helpful either when I reported the issue. All in all, an extremely bad expereince from the dealership. More
Fast and accurate although they didnt top off all my fluids. Also, the car wash/vacuum was not good at all. I had an 8 o’clock appointment. They were able to take my car straight in to start on the three things I needed the to take care of. It took less time than they estimated and the price was offset by the exte car straight in to start on the three things I needed the to take care of.
