We received a recommendation to work with Mackenzie Van Orden and he did not disappoint. He was patient through the entire process (I am not the easiest person to work with when negotiating a car deal and we were targeting a very small population of vehicles) and in the end we received a great deal and financing options. The new GM greeted us personally at the end of the transaction and wanted us to know that he is working hard to improve the reputation of this dealership. So far, what he is doing seems to be positive. If I am in the market for another Acura, this will be my first stop. More
Acura of Riverside disappointing experience I've very recent bad experience with Acura of Riverside. I purchased a brand new MDX 2016 on 18th April and as of today 5th May haven't received the p I've very recent bad experience with Acura of Riverside. I purchased a brand new MDX 2016 on 18th April and as of today 5th May haven't received the paperwork to register my car with local DMV. Initial paperwork was done incorrectly so I had to send it back and after I signed corrected paperwork - I have yet to receive copies or bill of sale to register the car. At this stage, car is sitting in my garage and since it's not registered I cannot drive it on the road. I've made several attempts to reach out to sales and finance folks via phone and emails but dealership hasn't responded. It's very disappointing experience which is still on going for me and my family. Also reached out to Acura client relationship to get dealer to respond and provide paperwork. Very unfortunate. More
I was lied to and deceieved at this dealer Please do not buy any none Acura car from this Dealer. They are liars and will screw you over when it comes to warranty. I bought 2005 Infiniti FX35 Please do not buy any none Acura car from this Dealer. They are liars and will screw you over when it comes to warranty. I bought 2005 Infiniti FX35 from this dealer with 90 days warranty, I took the car to infiniti and they found out that the head gasket cover was leaking. I took the car back and instead of them fixing the car, they power washed the arear where the ca was leaking from and may be they put in none stop leak which temporary stops the leak. I took the car for a full service and infinit found out that the car had gasket is still leaking. I called the dealer and the service manager Bobby Howard told me that I have to pay $149.00 for diagnose. Diagnose? I took the car to a different mechanic and they confirm the same problem and none them charged me a penny to look at the problem. This dealer is not honest, they are liars and once you buy a used car here, you are on your own. I have bad experience with this dealer. I will fix my car and I will get my money back because I have consulted few lawyers. This dealer did not fulfill their obligation and they deceived me. More
Recall review I received a letter of n the mail that my acura mdx had a recall so I schedule and appointment to get it done , so I show to the dealer for the recall I received a letter of n the mail that my acura mdx had a recall so I schedule and appointment to get it done , so I show to the dealer for the recall only to he told that my car had 3 recalls that needed to be done he also advice that I needed to leave my car for more that 4 hours I asked to see if they had a courtesy vehicle because I only have one car to go to work and then said no.. this I very inconvenient I have work and if leave my car for one day I'm not going to be able to work . Need this resolve asap . More
