They stand behind what they sell I bought a car here and it was a painless transaction. You often hear horror stories hence the cars salesman reputation. I dealt with Ken French and I bought a car here and it was a painless transaction. You often hear horror stories hence the cars salesman reputation. I dealt with Ken French and he worked with me every step of the way. So I'm happy with my car, I drive it home and after a week I have a couple of problems and I email Ken on a Sunday at 11pm. Ken promptly responds and tells me to take the car in and he would make it right. I drive the car in on Monday and Ken sets me up with Anthony a service writer. After waiting for an hour Anthony finds out that it would take a while for my car to be fixed and so he gets me a rental. In my book these guys went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and got me back my car. I'm glad I bought a car from here and it's nice to know that there are people out there that go above and beyond to help their customers. I'll recommend this dealership and Ken to all my friends and family. More

But apparently this only works with riverside and one or two places far away from where we live now. Now every six month we are forced to drive 100s of miles to get the oil changed. We also found out that they are doing this with other customers too.. so anyone thinking to buy this maintenance plan from them, think twice before signing up !! More

I called to service to see if Riverside Acura had seen any mileage adding with the rdx I drive. I was told not really, but a diagnosis needs to be done to determine what is wrong. I had been looking for a quality used Camaro for about 1 year. I found one online at Acura of Riverside, I called and spoke to Shawn so I could find out more about it before I drove all the way there. I had year. I had driven to a few other dealerships to look at other used camaros after talking to them on the phone, and when I got there the cars just were not in good condition. Shawn let me know after looking the car over it was in great condition. Well he was correct, I wasn't expecting the truth after the way things were going dealing with other places. From beginng to end the experiance at Acura of Riverside was beyond great. As soon as you walk in the door everybody is so nice. Candace was the best, really took care of us. No phony sales pitches, no gimmicks, no preasure. The trade in value that was offered was realistic, unlike other places we had been. Jeff was great going over all the paperwork with us, making sure we understood everything. The experiance we had at Acura of Riverside was the best ever. Clancey Arnold (client advisor) was a delight to work with and is extremely knowledgeable of all facets of the autos/suv crossovers, etc. Acura sells and even other brands of competitors. What a pleasure to have her as our contact. Never once did she do a hard sell and always did what was best for us, the customer. Brad Salyers assisted and he was wonderful to work with as well. They both made our experience pleasant and never once did we feel pressured. They did everything we asked of them and did it with a "Can Do" attitude, and that is special nowadays. When it came down to the two vehicles, we chose the other. We did that only because of where we are in our lives now. The MDX is a luxurious ride with quality workmanship and at a great price! From the GM, Dave Crain on down to the Team, I would hire them all for my Company; their integrity, their knowledge and their warm manner is what I call "good old fashion customer service and quality products". Heck, I am taking the time to write this and we didn't even purchase the MDX; that should speak volumes regarding this Dealership, their products, and the folks that work at this location. Made an appointment and had the part needed reserved for me...Dropped the car off at 2pm and after waiting for two hrs, I was told the part was available. I waited for two hours for nothing...I would have waited longer If i hadn't walked to the service department to inquire. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! More
Tony is a great guy that tried to help in any way possible. Today was the second day he took time out of his schedule just to chat and help provide tons of information. He made recommendations and was very detailed and caring in his job. However, Travis was horrible to deal with. He said we needed to wait 30 minutes. After 20 minutes we had no idea where he had gone and he did not return for a full hour. When he finally did return, he was discourteous and rude. He tried to do a typical bait and switch with our trade-in vehicle. He offered us half of what it had been previously valued and flat out lied and used vague details to try to explain why. When confronted, he panicked and tried to come up with extra excuses. Then "Nelville", or however you spell his last name, came out to try to smooth talk things over. He too tried to back up Travis' lies. They had full details on the car and the complete history file, yet they still tried to make things up. I would recommend for everyone to go to the dealership and ask for Tony, and deal with Tony exclusively. Sadly, we will never be back to this dealership and hopefully never have to deal with these men ever again. More
I was in the market for a 2013 RDX with a tech pkg. Since I live in the Fresno/Clovis area, I am equidistant to the LA and SF markets. As a result, I did a statewide search. Riverside Acura tied with another dealership (also in LA) for the best price--by about $1,000 (and over $2,000 better than I could find in Fresno). They were very helpful, did exactly what they said they would and I was very pleased with the entire experience. While it is always a challenge when buying a car on the internet, I would have no problem buying my next car at Acura of Riverside and recommneding this dealership to my friends. Excellent job! Mark ps: I've taught negotiations at a University for over 25 years and I saw a real absence of the typical negotiations tactics that one experiences at other auto dealerships. They were honest, fair and straightforward. I thought I was dealing with someone from Mayberry--not LA! More
my reason for visting riverside acura was to bring a cd my reason for visting riverside acura was to brin my reason for visting riverside acura was to bring a cd changer in to the parts department where i meet anthony who was very helpful with every question i had for him, thin i asked him about my srs lightthat was on in my car,that's when i meet robert who i talked with and was very helpful so i decided to let acura of riverside to check out the problem after they could not find the problem in the amount of time that i was told it would take,robert decided to just put me in a loaner car until they find and fix the problem.i have never been treated that good from no dealship in my life,i just want to say thank you and keep up the good work that's from the bottom of heart. p.s any more problem's with my 1999 acura rl you guy's are all i need your's truly john j clovis More
