Very positive experience I recently leased a new TLX from Acura of Riverside. After many years of driving BMW's (which, after an extremely negative experience with BMW of Riv I recently leased a new TLX from Acura of Riverside. After many years of driving BMW's (which, after an extremely negative experience with BMW of Riverside and BMW of North America, I absolutely will never do again), Amin and Cassandra at Acura of Riverside made the transition to Acura and leasing so easy. They offered a fair price thousands below MSRP with no haggling, and more for my trade than anyone else. I was also looking at Accords, but was able to get the Acura TLX for only about $1,500 more than an Accord EX-L; a small premium to pay for a nicer car from a luxury brand. Unlike several other local dealerships, there was no phony Internet pricing, no hidden extras or overpriced dealer add-ons, and no bait and switch or high pressure sales tactics. Amin was very effective in explaining the advantages of leasing with an option to buy versus buying. The whole process was quick, painless, and very satisfying. More

I felt very comfortable from the beginning of our phone conversations and quickly was able to trust that I was speaking to someone who keeps his customer's best interest ahead of everything else. Ron went above and beyond to help us out in getting the car of our choice in the right color and feature for an incredible price. From finding the exact car we were looking for (he made a dealer trade for us) to figuring out the best deal, and to personally delivering the car to us from Riverside to Los Angeles on his day off!!! You will no sooner go on it than someone will open up a chat window and provide any assistance you may need. 2. They don't play around with you. If you tell them what you need, they will let you know immediately if they believe they can meet your expectations. Their pricing was over $3,000 better than the first dealer I talked to and about $1500 lower than the next best deal I found. More
