GAP is like health insurance, yeah we might need it but doesn't mean we should get it. If you guys thought I was defensive, should've seen chevy when I negotiated for my SS. Anyways, fun time here. Saw a old NSX. Got my Hatchback Cruze. Showed a salesmen what 540HP feels like. 10/10 would do it again if your guys ever got a GTO. More

I visited Spreen this weekend with my partner who was looking to buy a used 2017 ILX. After the test drive we both loved the car and were set to buy. The sales person took the car back to be detailed and we went in to finalise the paperwork.We explained to the sales person that we would be able to pay cash up front for the advertised price. Unfortunately, the sales person went to speak with their manager and informed us that there was a $1300 active alarm extra that was not included in the list price but had already been installed on the car. We then asked to see the installed alarm system. The sales person left again and when they returned they informed us that the alarm was actually being installed as we spoke. We asked again if they could stop the installation and sell it without but they refused. Keep in mind that we were buying outright, not financing, so the alarm would not be protecting their assets at all. We ended up walking out carless and frustrated due to their very shady bait and switch. I think the fact that they were willing to let us walk from a cash sale and lose any relationship we had in order to force an add on that hadnt even been installed for the test drive is extremely scummy and unbecoming of an Acura dealership. I cant think of any better proof that the alarm is a purely profit driven gotcha than that. More

He also took his time for us to test drive the car even though we took long deciding what color we want to take. The only concern we have was he didn't have a desk or a system to use to accommodate us in the beginning instead we were at the customer desk area standing while talking to him. We have no where to sit while waiting unless we go to the lounge area of course. Even Daniel explained every single thing that we needed to know and other things. But overall, he did an amazing job helping us and ACURA is always been in the family. Keep up the good job! Thanks, De Ala family More

Yes it was expensive, but People said I’m crazy for going to the dealership. I could have gotten it done cheaper somewhere else. Maybe. It’s just peace of mind that it’s Acura parts and my Acura has lasted 182,000 with the original starter so I’m assuming this new one will last just as long. I know they will be there if something goes wrong with it and be honest about it. So that’s why I go to the dealer. And they are really nice but not fake nice. More
