Waited for car to get cleaned up as it was sitting in a reserve lot. 1030 pm, get the car and the paint is horrible, although they said they would detail for me at another time, I agree. But then as I was reading the window sticker on the way home, the paint upgrade was only $400. Hmmmmm?? So 36 month lease divided by $500 is $14, payment went up $15, then its should have $400 as window sticker stated, which is $11. So I know its not much but it still matters especially when you get the vehicle and the black paint looks like crap. More

After two sub-par experiences I will not be returning again Although my sales experience with Devon was amazing, all other interactions were downhill from there. I had to return the weekend following my Memoria Although my sales experience with Devon was amazing, all other interactions were downhill from there. I had to return the weekend following my Memorial Day purchase to redo a paperwork error (not my fault), and after driving 90 miles out of my way all I requested was a complimentary car wash. The paperwork only took ten minutes, but when I finally left nearly two hours later and two car wash attempts, I drove away in a dripping wet and still dirty vehicle. My second service experience was not much better when I returned to have the wheel locks and running boards installed. I was told the entire process would take 1-1/2 hours (I planned for 2-1/2), but after 3-1/2 hours I finally left with yet another poorly executed car wash and nothing but frustration after seeing other patrons arrive after me and leave before me--with clean cars. Again, the only bright spot of my Spreen experience was Devon--she did her best to go above and beyond. More
