Although my oil level was only at 40%, they agreed to service my car. I made the appointment for later in the afternoon because we had another appointment in the morning. The morning appointment was finished early so I called to see if I could bring it in early. They said no problem. I was told it would take about 90 minutes. Which was fine. They offered a car wash, which I declined because it was raining. The whole process only took about 30 minutes which was great! They delivered the car to me without delay.
