Too many recalls and not enough details to the little things Hello: I am unsure about referring others.....you see, I purchased an Acura only to get dependable service but I notice for the past few visits, no m Hello: I am unsure about referring others.....you see, I purchased an Acura only to get dependable service but I notice for the past few visits, no multipoint inspection has taken place, no one topped of my windshield fluid, no one checked my tire pressure which was over inflated significantly during the winter due to cold weather related "check tire pressure" warning, neither was I informed that I needed a new windshield wiper as the driver's side was completely destroyed. Sigh, these are things I can do myself but I come to Acura for this specific reason, to keep my car in top form. This is how I was treated at a Honda dealer in Riverside hence I decided never to purchase a Honda again as my car was not being taken care of and I had no idea until I had a major problem and when a local mechanic looked at it he explained what was not being done and I was able to confirm in my following visits. I hope that by providing this review, things will improve otherwise, I will have to take my loyalty to a brand that really cares. My service person was very professional and this review is not about him but missing the little details that used to make Acura great. More

My RLX was treated Well!!! I took my 2014 RLX Advance to check on the rear actuator groaning the second time and they detected it and got it fixed. Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else I have purchased 4 Acuras over the years from this dealership. At one point I did try a mom and pop garage thinking it would be less expensive. I qu I have purchased 4 Acuras over the years from this dealership. At one point I did try a mom and pop garage thinking it would be less expensive. I quickly found out that wasn't the case. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them not to push service on me that isn't necessary. Plus I feel their mechanics know my car and also use genuine Acura parts.
