Automotive service After spending $245 for auto service I asked if they would wash my vehicle. I was told they no longer offer that service; cut backs. I got ripped off Phillip was great in regards to friendly service and attitude. He got me an appointment and a loaner while my car was being checked out. But in regar Phillip was great in regards to friendly service and attitude. He got me an appointment and a loaner while my car was being checked out. But in regards to price for the service I received, I feel that I was ripped off. I was explained that the B4 service included changing the spark plugs, a valve adjustment, and changing the timing belt. The ILX has no timing belt so 1/3 of the service was not performed, yet the price stayed the same. I just cannot believe I paid $700 to basically change spark plugs on a 4 cylinder ILX. I’ll never go back to Spreen or recommend it to anyone. I still have one more prepaid oil change but I will just let it go because I will not support their ridiculous prices. More
