Julian, my sales rep made my purchasing experience as professional and open as possible. His team leader followup emails were professional and short. The closing process went fairly smoothe and David the financial representative was open and efficient in completing the process. The next day when I had a question David was responsive and resolved my question quickly. I highly recommend Sport Mazda North if you are looking for a a pleasent car purchasing experience. More

I am very happy with my purchase. I received help from Jose Ramos, Beth Campbell, Doug Rowland, and David Fant, throughout the buying process. Jose gave me time to make my decision at home after test-driving in person. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, most of it was done at home to save time. It was a painless process. Doug and David explained the financing well. Beth was very personable in showing how the car worked after I signed. Overall, I am happy I decided to buy this car here as opposed to looking elsewhere.
