We just leased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Michael took great care of us. No pressure, very patient, and very knowledgeable. Michael made the entire experience as easy as it could be. Because we didn't have any real experience with the Sonata we were able to take it home for a day to drive it around and make sure that we were satisfied. The car was everything that we expected. I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Equus. One week ago, if you had told me I would be buying a pre-owned 2011 Sonata in one week, I would have thought you were nuts...but when a friend got a great deal at Sport Durst Hyundai in Durham, NC, I de pre-owned 2011 Sonata in one week, I would have thought you were nuts...but when a friend got a great deal at Sport Durst Hyundai in Durham, NC, I decided to "just take a look....after test driving a few "new" cars, I was very impressed with the quality, features, and look of these cars, along with the long warranty....I decided to trade in my eleven year old Camry......Richard Smith was a GREAT salesman....took his time to answer all my questions, concerns and made the "buying experience" such an enjoyment....I ended up purchasing my friends trade in from the week before.....Am very happy about the whole experience and would recommend toall my friends.... I would give them "0" stars if I could. This dealership is full of TRICKERY and gimmicks to lure the unsuspecting customer in. They make false promises and their customer service is shady. Just look at all of the stupid antics they use in their worthless television advertising. When you walk in, you'll find a BUNCH OF SALES BAFOONES standing around laughing and engaging in mindless conversation, instead of greeting the customer and maintaining a professional demeanor. I've been there 2 times and it's still the same old scene. I went to a DIFFERENT local, major dealership that was so much better price-wise, and they provided outstanding customer-service. I will say that Donald was okay. More

I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is my fourth car and I was so impressed with the staff!! Travis was recommended to by a friend and he was awesome! He listened to me, asked questions and took me on the test drive of the car I had picked out which is what I drove off the lot! I love my new Hyundai Tuscon! Mesha was great with the finance area and answered my questions! Elizabeth was also wonderful!! She went through all the neat things that my new car came with and how things worked! Even two days later when I had read more and realized I needed to ask a few more questions both Travis and Elizabeth called me back with the answers in less than hour!! Impressive!! Everything was great..just a little disturbed at the 1.5+ hour wait between initial paper work and then progressing to finance department. Christie was ESPECIALLY accommodating with my father, who was slow in walking with his cane. Christie went the extra mile to assist my father with seating, questions, etc. Her extreme attentiveness to his limitations, even driving the car into the service 'tunnel' to minimize his walking was most impressive. That is one reason we came back, as opposed to crossing the street to compare Toyota's competition or stopping by the Subaru dealer on the way back. She was honest with her responses to our questions, and sought out the answer she could not initially provide. More
I really enjoyed working with Adam Button. He was friendly and he was not aggressive. He did not hassle me or call me, which differed from the treatment I got at Carmax and from the Toyota dealer acr friendly and he was not aggressive. He even made a point to remember my partner's name and treat her as a part of the process. He had confidence in his product and did not act like he knew things he didn't know. He was straightforward, kind, and no nonsense. I was a somewhat ambivalent buyer and I ended up purchasing "more car" than I intended to, so he must be doing something right! More
My experience working with Joe, David and Elizabeth was absolutely superior. Their custmer service skills were excellent and they were all knowlegable and friendly. I have been to many dealerships but Sports Durst has been my best experience by far. I have so busy over the last couple of months but was going through my emails and noticed this email and I could have just deleted it but it would not have been fair to the folks (Joe, David and Elizabeth) that worked with me for me not to express my graditude to them for their superb customer service throughout my process of purchasing my 2013 Sonata GLS. I'm stilling loving my car and sharing my experience with others. It's been my pleasure having such an awesome experience. And Joe was the greatest salesperson I've ever worked with, if at all possible, please let him know. More
