I was not really in the market for a car. I had entertained purchasing a used vehicle because my sixteen year old recently got her license and would need transportation. I was very impressed with attention I received after indicating my interest in a Mazda vehicle (Mazda5 in particular)online. However, I will have to admit that the EXTREMELY ANNOYING "pop up" to registe indicating my interest in a Mazda vehicle (Mazda5 in particular)online. However, I will have to admit that the EXTREMELY ANNOYING "pop up" to register for a $25 gift card sent me to the Cary Auto Mall to check their inventory. I was willing to return to Sport Durst as pricing was better. Surprisingly, when my salesman, Hieu Nguyen, tried to pull it up online it was not there...perhaps expired?? Anyway, I was not able to register and, therefore, didn't get my $25.00 :) I originally made an appt. with Kristen Poole, but was informed she was my online representative and was assured she would receive credit for her attention. I was lucky enough to have Hieu step in to help me out. He was very attentive, definately knew the vehicle inside and out, and was able to find me exactly what I wanted...thank you Hieu! I love driving this vehicle just as he said I would. The credit manager (I apologize for not remembering your name) and "tech guy" Chuck were so good to work with and put me at ease with all the numbers and buttons. I did drive a Hyundai so know that the Sport Durst service department is very professional and courteous. I will certainly recommend Sport Durst. More
