When I entered the dealership I was automatically greeted with a smile, and then I was directed to the correct place for what I was looking for. His understanding of my situation was excellent. Joe went the extra mile in every way possible to make me happy. My mom is 88 years old and doesn't get around too well, and Joe went out of his way to bring the paper work to my mom in the comfort of her home, which is located in Raleigh,NC, so that she wouldn't have to struggle with coming to the dealership. Joe also went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect on the vehicle that I purchased. I purchased my last 2 vehicles from the same dealership, and I was never treated with this kind of courtesy or respect. He is an excellent salesman, and he definitely goes the extra mile. I would definitely reccommend him to anyone, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I would also like to acknowledge Elizabeth Parson, she was so polite and informed me of everything the dealership offered to their customers. My overall experience with Sport Durst was excellent, and I left the dealership with a smile on my face. I didn't go in thinking I was going to buy a car. I also have to thank Trey for taking the time to explain to me the break down of numbers to get me into a new car, all without ever pushing me to buy. I also have to thank him for acknowledging our attitude after having so many issues with our car.
