I purchased a 2013 Sonata at Sport Durst. This is my second Sonata and I'm a big fan. My first one was totalled in an accident about 10 days ago. The Sonata is a great car and I expect that any dealership selling a Sonata should live up to the product and be a great dealership. Sport Durst did not disappoint. Terry and Chad were great, answered all my questions and made sure that I was well taken care of. They didn't have the color I wanted in the lot so they brought one in from another nearby dealership. I had a very positive experience and am confident that if I need anything that Sport Durst will do everything they can to meet that need. More

I dropped in for a check on front end vibration. I cannot remember the names, but I was treated extremely well by both the lady who did the paperwork and the mechanic who did the work! My only recommendation for improvement, in the midst of your remodelling, is to clear the entrance to your service door! It was blocked by cars facing out during the two hours I was there! There is an overall appearance of chaos in the dealership due to the disorderly parking, which should not be that hard to correct. More

When we were going through the sale of our new Genesis, and then working with the gentleman that put the permanent plate on our car a month later, I was not pleased. However, that opinion changed following an email I wrote Mr. Durst expressing my concerns. Within a day I was in contact with James Plessinger, whom I can honestly say set us on a path that thoroughly exceeded my customer service expectations. James and Chuck did everything in their power to rectify the situation, and we would buy another Hyundai simply to be able to work with them again. Between the two of them, I felt like our transaction actually meant something to the dealership, and we will certainly be returning to work with the service department on our new Hyundai. When we decide to trade in our Jeep, we will request the help of James Juarez, James Plessinger, and Chuck Tremper. What started out as mediocre quickly became off the charts spectacular. More
