I did not expect to buy a Hyundai, I really liked my civic, but I wanted to make sure. I met Lamont and we test drove the elantra and sonata. When I came back in to buy, I really felt Lamont was working to get me the best deal he could and I felt very good with the final price. He stayed and walked with me to financing and everything else to make sure things were getting done well. He then turned me over to Chuck who gave me a great walk through of all the new features on the car, set things up for me like the Bluetooth on the phone and didn't hesitate to tell me to come back with any further questions. I went to Sport Durst just to see what they could do for me on a car that I had been looking at for months. They were friendly and they didn't come storming out of the door when I pulled in the lot and sta me on a car that I had been looking at for months. They were friendly and they didn't come storming out of the door when I pulled in the lot and started looking around. I asked for a salesman and he greeted me friendly and very professional. He assisted me in my search and test drive and devoted his time in helping me. He went over and above his duties to meet my demands and when what was offered to me and what I needed didn't match, he went to bat for me and got my requirements met. Everybody knew at 5:30 I had to be somewhere by 6 they got me through the system in time! This experience was one of the best if not the best experience in buying a vehicle in my lifetime! I originaly came into Durst to look at a used truck that was on the internet. Carol Henderson was the gal that helped us. I appreciated the fact that she was not pushy, and gave up many options. I had been wanting a new Elantra for a long time and so we test drove the GT and then the sedan. I fell in love with the sedan but was apprehensive about getting into 5 or 6 years of car payments. Carol asked if I had considered leasing. After thinking it over decided that was the best option for me. I was suprised that I was approved!!. Alex took over the financial aspect and went through every detail with me. On top of that I was having an issue with my insurance and he was able to give me the name of someone who could help... My insurance went down 20.00 a month + she was able to get my son insurance too!! Chuck went over the car details and even loaded the bluetooth for me..I am not very good at that tech stuff...
