The finance dept only had 2 jobs: 1. pay off my trade 2. send the new car title to my credit union. I traded in my old car for a Soul at Spitzer Kia June 4. By mid July they still h pay off my trade 2. send the new car title to my credit union. I traded in my old car for a Soul at Spitzer Kia June 4. By mid July they still had not paid off my trade. I was hit for a payment for a car I’d sold over a month before. Spitzer’s solution? Simple; stop your autopay. (??) It took days to get them to send the payoff. Even then, they were a few dollars short and I had to make up the difference. By July 18, they still have not released a title or memorandum on my new vehicle (after 6 weeks!) and I cannot register it until they do. They put you on hold and fail to call back so you have to drive out there to talk to anyone. Latest “story“ -the HR department (riiiight) is waiting for the BMV to transfer the title. (Still). I’m to call end of business tomorrow for an update. My temp registration expires Sunday. So- if you buy a car through Spitzer..Good Luck. More
