I had a water sound in my dash, the car is less than a year old and I had been trying to get the issue addressed for months. This time when I brought the car in I had videoed the issue. I was told it's pr year old and I had been trying to get the issue addressed for months. This time when I brought the car in I had videoed the issue. I was told it's probably just rain water and that I was going to be charged for a diagnostic. It wasn't until I had to rudely push back and give a list of what it could be that anyone would take me serious. Turns out it was no rain water but a blockage in the coolant system which is what I had been saying for months and nobody would listen including the girl who checked me in stating it was rain water. I almost had to fight to even get my car looked at and it's brand new with multiple warranties More
