I asked for you several times and was told you were either in a meeting or I could leave you a voicemail. Our car was at your dealership from Wed, Nov 26th and even though we had an appt for Friday Nov 28th, the car wasnt touched until this Monday, the 1st. Whem i questioned service about this, I was made to feel that I was the one that misunterstood. Which is wildly inaccurate. I received an email/text confirmation of my appt on Nov 28th. I even called on sarurday, the 29th looking for an update. Never received a message back. We all know the reason for that now. If there was not intention of looking at our vehicle until the 1st that should have been communicated. The only thing we were told when we made the appt and dropped the vehicle off was that it takes a couple days to pull the transmission and replace the part ao it will most likely be Monday or Tuesday before its done. That was it. Not one call from service stating otherwise.

And the only reason that I called an asked for you is because I was advised by Acura customer relations. You had our vehicle for 7 days. All we wanted was an accurate, honest update.
