Can you say shady? Long story short I purchased a vehicle thru an online auction. Dealer sent a counter offer we accepted the offer. Got the buyer receipt and information to pick up the truck (so the truck h thru an online auction. Dealer sent a counter offer we accepted the offer. Got the buyer receipt and information to pick up the truck (so the truck has legally been sold). The driver went to pick up the vehicle and was cursed at and told the vehicle didn't have to be sold. Scott the Gm then came out and stated the truck has been stolen. This happened either Wednesday or Thursday of last week and nobody from the dealership has got back to me. I have asked for police report or incident # and they will not provide this information. Who sells a truck and then leaves it unlocked? Lithia Corporate is the next step up from here. More
We had purchased (leased) several cars from Southwest Infiniti before until the last year or so, when we started having very poor service. In December 2019, we leased an Infinity from a different dealers Infiniti before until the last year or so, when we started having very poor service. In December 2019, we leased an Infinity from a different dealership in Houston. Tony Chan bent over backward to convince us to lease this last car from Southwest Infiniti. More
My husband and I went in recently on November 6th to purchase a vehicle they had advertised online. I was previously working with a sales man name Gift Wilcox who was wonderful but had to leave due to a purchase a vehicle they had advertised online. I was previously working with a sales man name Gift Wilcox who was wonderful but had to leave due to a home emergency. He left me in the hands of a Levi. That’s when the whole experience went to xxxx. Levi was extremely RUDE when I started questioning their fees. They wanted to charge a $2500 Infiniti Select package to the deal in which I declined. Well it’s NOT optional. Every time I asked questions he would try to shut me up and not let us speak. He wanted me to sign some paper saying I would agree to buy vehicle if he got some numbers tweaked. Then he spoke to me in a very degrading manner. Telling me,”if you just use your mind for a minute”, when trying to go over numbers. Really?! You’re speaking to a woman who owns 2 respectable companies (which I shouldn’t have to mention to get an honest deal.) So what do I do? Pulled out a calculator and add it up in front of him to show him numbers didn’t match. I then told him I didn’t want to waste each others time, if they wouldn’t do deal for price listed online plus tax title and license then just tell me because I was not going to pay for the Infiniti Package. Then he brought in his manager Solomon. He began telling me about this package in which I told him I’m not interested. He said taking it off is not an option. I explained to him that the way they advertise is very misleading in which his response was, “Last time I checked it was a free country!”.....WOW, just WOW. At that point I walked out. I have no idea why I was treated this way, perhaps because I wasn’t in my business attire upon walking in? Would I have been treated differently if I wasn’t in my casual jeans and a T-shirt? I’ve always taught my children as well as my employees that you treat EVERYONE with the SAME respect whether your speaking to a janitor or CEO. This was not the case at this company. I will say the manager did call and apologized but the damage was already done. Should you ignore this review and still go to this dealership be sure to ask for Gift Wilcox, he seemed to be the only honest sales person there. I really regret not being able to close the deal with him. I suppose everything happens for a reason. Walked in here wanting to purchase a used 2019 Ford Explore and ended up going to Audi and buying a new Audi A6 Quattro Premium Plus and I’m in love with it. Stay clear of Levi and Solomon. More

Worse car dealership I ever been too. Horrible and rude customer service they over pricing cars and told us that they new and have to compete to make their money when I said y’all charging all these fees. customer service they over pricing cars and told us that they new and have to compete to make their money when I said y’all charging all these fees. The manager also stated that they have to charge fees to pay for their lights and other stuff I’m like what that have to do with me trying to buy a dam car. The sales person was also rude and told me I couldn’t take to the manager when I asked to talk to one he straight told me no and told me to let him do his job. I told them y’all over charging on a used vehicle in which I can get a brand new one for that price. I’ll never go back their again n wouldn’t suggest anyone to spend their money with them crooks. If I could zero stars I would. More

Great service experience at Southwest Infiniti. I leased my first Infiniti Q45 from Soutwest Infiniti in 1990 and have leased a new Infiniti from Southwest every three years since. The Infiniti auto I leased my first Infiniti Q45 from Soutwest Infiniti in 1990 and have leased a new Infiniti from Southwest every three years since. The Infiniti automobile has always been the best automobile value for dollar but the service at Southwest Infiniti has been the best part of the experience. The service team has been like family.... making each visit a great experience, from the greeter to the Service Consultant Jeff Dorman, to the Service Manager to the Warranty department to the Mechanic to the Cashier. Always courteous and with a pleasant smile. And...I never had to bring the vehicle back for work done improperly. That says a lot. Unfortunately after 30 years I will no longer lease an Infiniti as they have discontinued the Q70 Sedan. What will I miss the most? The GREAT SERVICE that i have gotten used to for all these years. Hopefully, Infiniti will introduce a full sedan sometime in the near future and I will be back! More
