Stay away from this dealership! I purchased a 2017 Land Rover from them and was never told upfront that I had to purchase Lojack, Permaplate and Gap Insurance until I was in finan I purchased a 2017 Land Rover from them and was never told upfront that I had to purchase Lojack, Permaplate and Gap Insurance until I was in financing and signing the paperwork. After getting home and reading the paperwork, it clearly states "the purchase of the Vehicle Protection Product Warranty IS NOT REQUIRED to purchase the vehicle”. Immediately i contacted my salesperson and told him, I wanted to cancel the extra $3,900.00 they had added to my loan. I was told I couldn't cancel. I was so upset that I even wanted to return the car and cancel the contract, which of course they denied me. I traded the car in 2 months later and have been trying to contact the correct person to cancel and get the GAP refunded. It has no been 4 months and still cant get to the correct person. I have emailed over 20 times to different personal with Lithia Cares and couldnt even get the Sales Manager , Rhett Boatman to answer. Not a good experience at all!! More
I bought a used toyota 4Runner last March (10 wks. ago). I haven't recieved the license plates. I called several times and they take my info so the financial manager will call me back. He said that the license plates for used cars is complicated. How complicated can that be if I know that you get your license plates immediately after paying for the taxes!. I texted the saleman two times and he is not responding. IWhat a disappointment! More

Told her she could not buy the car without the add ons and after reading other reviews they fail to service customers that don’t buy those products. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. They also treat women like trash if you ask to see stuff in writing. Hopefully they start to crackdown on these dealerships baiting people with false advertisement. I’m sure they are engaging in other illegal practices as well. More

I've had plenty of vehicles over the years and never had a need for any of this. I let them know in a long email that i would not pay for things i didn't need or want. Once they understood i knew their game and called them out on it they lost their enthusiasm to sell me a car. After this they jacked the asking price up $3000 more dollars on the internet sites. They eventually said the car had been sold. Who knows? Very dishonest dealer.. Why would they add $4200 to a vehicle for things that a customer may not want without asking the customer first? We all know the answer. It's just to fleece the customer and pad their profit. STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHWEST INFINITI!!! Now i'll wait for the generic response from them about how they want their pricing to be transparent to the customer. Going full blast on social media to let people know about how bad this dealer is so folks will not waste their time calling them. More
Buyers beware! My fiancé recently bought a used 2020 Jeep track hawk from this location 3-4 months back. Everything was good at first even though we were NOT able to test drive the vehicle before purchasing it. Upon purchasing this we noticed there were some trim pieces in the back that went to the review mirror and went on the weather stripping of the hatch that were not attached, along with the missing tow hitch cover. ( the photos online advertising this vehicle had the tow cover clearly in place ) After purchasing this vehicle we brought it to the attention of the parts department because that is what we were told to do. At that time, a girl named Maddie was running the department, She assured me that all the all parts would be ordered. Couple of days later we got a call because they had the parts that needed to be fixed except for the tow hitch cover and the trim piece on the hatch. She said the remaining parts were on back ordered and she would call us back again when they arrived. Today ( 1/18/2023 almost 4 MONTHS LATER ) I went to check the status and come to find out Maddie no longer works here and the tow hitch cover was never ordered! I asked to speak to upper management to which I was directed to the used cars sales manger MACK HUNK, I explained what was going on and what had happened and that’s when he informed that Maddie hadn’t been working there for a while now and told me there was nothing he could because she’s no longer there. I feel like this was a big slap in face after purchasing a $100,000 vehicle that I couldn’t even test drive! Mack Hunk told me that I was xxxx out of luck because there is no record on file so it was basically he said she said situation!! All the money I spent to purchase this vehicle to be told NO over a $175 cover that they failed to mention wasn’t actually on the vehicle to begin with is xxxxxxxx!! So we are basically being punished and having to buy this part out of pocket because of poor communication between staff members? Also I find it a little suspicious that a “Sales Manager” doesn’t have any business cards….. Is his name even Mack Hunk? Very Unprofessional!!! If someone who is above him can reach out to me, I would like to fix it and maybe change my 1 star to a 5….. More
In my opinion, Landon, Lala and Oscar are all liars. They need to be fired asap! They didn’t do anything they said they were going to do. Still waiting. Total disappointed. .. leased a car in February, vehicle has been in shop close to a total of 2 months! Once from Aug 24th thur Sept 23rd. because a tech from Tennessee had to come and see if he could find problem, to no avail. We have around 4000 miles on car. I stop by to see what to do next, they said bring the car in we'll take care of our customers cause were family!!! Take car in and they say to get you out of this car, we need 5k to keep you close to your payment of $635.00. but now your payment will be $785.00. With zero down payments $1004.00... Some family!!! Bottom line is they're trying to sell me a car again instead of solving my problem! Next step...we file Lemon Law claim!!! Also taking it to social media... We're in club with 900 plus members all over U.S. I'm sure I can get a helping hand on spreading the word!!! ON A POSITIVE NOTE: Omar Chinchilla in service has been outstanding in trying to solve our problem. More
