I scheduled a state inspection appointment. No issues were found but it took four hours to complete the appointment. I have had many inspections in my life and this was ridiculously long. I did not make it about them as I kept my disappointment to myself. Please do better by your customer base. More

They have supposed to have ordered a part for my car and to call when part is in. I haven’t heard anything since that day. Whenever you call the main number to ask a question always get a reply there is n to call when part is in. I haven’t heard anything since that day.
