I’ve had ongoing issues with this dealership’s service department, and the experience has been consistently frustrating and unacceptable. I also purchased from this dealership and will never do that again department, and the experience has been consistently frustrating and unacceptable. I also purchased from this dealership and will never do that again. My vehicle has been brought in multiple times for the same unresolved problems, including repeated infotainment system failures. Each visit follows the same pattern: I provide photos and videos documenting the issues, I’m told the problem “cannot be duplicated,” no repairs are made, and the issue reoccurs immediately after the vehicle is returned. In one instance, the system reset while I was driving, which is a serious safety concern given how many vehicle functions and safety systems rely on that system. Communication has also been a major issue. I have repeatedly called and attempted to schedule follow-up service appointments, and calls are often not returned, despite the ongoing and documented nature of the problems. I have maintained thorough documentation, including photos and videos of all issues. Due to the repeated failure to repair the vehicle and the lack of responsiveness, I am currently pursuing a Lemon Law claim. I would strongly advise other customers to document everything and be prepared to follow up aggressively. More
