This dealership used to have wonderful service …reason I keep buying cars there. However the last two times I have had to wait about 3 hours just for a state inspection and oil change. Everyone on there w keep buying cars there. However the last two times I have had to wait about 3 hours just for a state inspection and oil change. Everyone on there was upset over the time it took. Service department said they don’t have enough employees. So it would be great to up the salary and benefits to attract more workers before you lose customers. More

This was a standard routine part of annual maintenance and it should not have been difficult for someone to simply call me in advance and brief me about the cost involved with the services as well as the fact that this would be an all day event if I had known I could’ve made arrangements for a ride. Offering a courtesy shuttle would have gone a long way. Not sure will be back to this dealer. More
