They’ve gotten way better on their timing. Only takes about an hour for an oil change these days. The tire pressure light goes off without 2 miles of the dealership. When I go to check them I see the issue. I’ve gotten my first ever bubbles in tires in 30+ years of driving messing with them. When you return the tire and car they blame me for over inflating the tire. Just going back to not letting them touch anything but the free oil change and inspection. More

It is too difficult to get the southern advantage oil change done. We live out of town and is a 2 hour drive to get there. They will not schedule a time slot for the oil change so it is first come first change done. We live out of town and is a 2 hour drive to get there. We have not had any problems at this dealership, our comments are based strictly on the issues of the convenience or lack of trying to get the oil changes done. If you are local to the dealer then it's probably not a issue for most. More
