I asked them to diagnose and repair the A/C my car and they performed the service once and told me it was fixed (2 days later). When I picked my vehicle up, it was not fixed. It took longer than we expected to complete the paperwork . We did not get a bracket for the front license plate since VA requires license on front and back.
