Hi. I have been going to Subaru service for a long time. The service people are always helpful. I will tell you my biggest complaint about taking my car I have been going to Subaru service for a long time. The service people are always helpful. I will tell you my biggest complaint about taking my car… the incessant emails. Texts and calls that follow. I understand wanting feedback but it borders on harassment. This is like the 4th email I have gotten. I got several calls. I’ve gotten probably 4 texts. It’s ridiculous. I talked to someone on the phone and said it was a fine visit. That should have been enough. Please stop trying to contact me about every service. Opt out! More

3 days for an inspection and oil change. Very poor communication. On almost every contact, I had to call back after scheduled contact time.
