We have brought in our 2018 Atlas several times now for the car shaking at certain speeds and going uphill. First time.They said it was the alignment that didn’t fix it, then we found out that it was the d the car shaking at certain speeds and going uphill. First time.They said it was the alignment that didn’t fix it, then we found out that it was the driveshaft damper, which was cracked. which was not found when they did a 16 point service check on the vehicle and it was noted that the driveshaft was in good shape, they fixed that part and the vehicle is still shaking. They claim they have no idea what it is. They’ve had the vehicle now for three Weeks and have not called us with any status. The issue needs to be resolved, or we will pursue further actions!! More
