Paid to have my tires rotated during 10000 mile vw service since the fronts were much more worn than the rears. They confirmed that they rotated them when I picked the car up. I’m skeptical of dealers service since the fronts were much more worn than the rears. They confirmed that they rotated them when I picked the car up. I’m skeptical of dealerships so I looked the car over after I picked it back up and the front tires still had way less tread than the rears meaning they hadn’t rotated them even though I paid for it. I called and they told me they “checked the cameras” and that they definitely had rotated the tires but offered to do it again for free (which was nice but I had to take even more time off of work to go back to the dealership and have them do something they originally promised they’d do when the charged me for it). More
