Southern Team Hyundai Nissan Subaru Volkswagen- Service Center

I was charged $200 just to look at my car at the Hyundai Dealership. In the past when I’ve taken my Nissan it only cost $100. Both are high but $200 is unreasonable! I also asked about ordering a replacement key for my 2014 Hyundai. I was quoted $630. I was an able to order a key for $35 and have it cut and programmed with a local company for only $85 and it worked great. $630 is outrageous. I feel like the Dealership wants to take advantage of customers! More

This dealership had my vehicle for 30 days for testing, Out of those 30 days, they only moved it 15. During those 15 days, they managed to lock themselves out of the vehicle and do $3000 worth of damage to Out of those 30 days, they only moved it 15. They offered to allow me to trade my brand new car for another brand new car, And in the exchange, I would end up owing them an additional $7000. They offered to repair the damage but only if they did the repair and they offered to pay me for the damage but only if they did the estimate. Buyer beware. More
