My service was with the collision center. I was pleased with the work that was done on my car. My concern was with the length of time it took to fix it and the communication with the center r I was pleased with the work that was done on my car. My concern was with the length of time it took to fix it and the communication with the center regarding when the work would be completed. I had a front fender replaced. I was told it would take two or three days. My appointment was almost 2 weeks out. Work started on my car on a Tuesday morning, and it was estimated that it would be completed by Friday. On Thursday a text ask if I would approve the ordering of some clips. Still assuming car would be completed by Friday, I planned to drive it out of town Sunday. When I called to check on the car Friday afternoon about 3:30 there was no one to talk to except the receptionist who told me the car was not ready and would not be at least until Monday. At no time during the week did anyone let me know that there was a chance that the car would not be finished by Friday. Fortunately I was able to borrow a car to use during the week it was in the shop, and someone else agreed to drive on the trip out of town. I received a call on Tuesday that my car was ready. I was out of town, made arrangements for it to be inspected and for someone to pick it up for me. My car is a Hyundai I was at the Hyundai collision center and after examination, it was determined that I needed a Hyundai fender. It would appear to me that when the fender was ordered, all the necessary parts to fix it would have been ordered at the same time. Once it was determined that clips needed to be ordered, it would appear that someone would have let me know that that was delaying the completion of the work and that my car would not be ready by Friday. I was notified right away when work started on the car, and I was notified when the parts were needed. At that time all communication stopped. Previously, my car was at a collision center recommended to me but a family member. At that time my car needed much more extensive work, a a fender, side door, and a paint job. It took much less time, the price was reasonable, and the work was completed ahead of the estimated time. I decided to go to the Hyundai collision center for this work because I felt it was a relatively simple repair, and it was very convenient. I was satisfied with the work that was done, but was disappointed in the service. More
