Call the number on website for Christiansburg. Apparently my appt was scheduled for Roanoke with no mention of the location. Went to Cburg, they didn't have appt, but Roanoke did. Ascent started making screeching noise when started up, told would have to live with noise even though it didn't make noise when bought new, wouldn't have bought it if made noise.
