Poor communication, no urgency about getting car repaired. And shows little concern about your problem, my impression is looks for the easy way out. I picked it up on Friday and it was towed back in on Saturday, so far the service department have my car 15 days and still with no conclusion on what the problem is it seems little care about getting it done. Starting looking into the lemon law to get this resolved, my first impression of the service department is not very good at all as you can tell. I owned two Kia vehicles in the past and was used to their excellent service department and prompt service and communication. We’ll see how the result works out . More
