Ever since I purchased my Nissan in 2016, I received the best experience and service from First Team/Southern Team Nissan until this visit. I purchased a maintenance warranty at the purchase of my SUV and i best experience and service from First Team/Southern Team Nissan until this visit. I purchased a maintenance warranty at the purchase of my SUV and it was guaranteed up to 60k miles and we were told there was no expiration. I came in for my routine maintenance package redemptions and I was told by my advisor that a recent change by the third party warranty never meant to make the policy up to 60k redeemable and it had expired last year and it would be not honored. First Team Southern Team Nissan was kind enough to conduct my state inspection at no charge, but I feel like I have been lied to. I spent $5,000 on that maintenance package and by this package expiring, I lost a total of a $1000 equivalent in services by both First Team and the package policy. I will not be back. It's a scam and these packages should not be sold to customers. I am so disappointed and I feel robbed. More
