Everyone was pleasant and professional. Having Enterprise pick me up to get the rental was an added plus. Car needed inspection and apparently an oil change. The last couple times that I have taken my car, they have told me I needed brake pads. My husband took the car this time and he asked them to check t The last couple times that I have taken my car, they have told me I needed brake pads. My husband took the car this time and he asked them to check the pads and was told that they were near new condition. I do not like to be told one thing and then have my husband be told something completely different. Just be honest to your customers if the item(s) are truly needed. More
