My 3rd Hyundai in 5 years! I LOVE KAY!!! This is my 3rd brand new Hyundai in 5 years. Each time, Kay Greer has been my sales associate. I even referred another customer that I LOVE KAY!!! This is my 3rd brand new Hyundai in 5 years. Each time, Kay Greer has been my sales associate. I even referred another customer that ended up buying 2 new Hyundai's within the last 2 years with her as well! She has always been great to work with and I'm sure I'll be back to buy my 4th Hyundai in a couple more years! Southern States Hyundai is lucky to have such a fantastic sales associate! I felt no pressure at all from her and she is very down to earth! She made the experience fun! There is one exception though... My only gripe is with the sales manager. After I decided I wanted the car & said EXACTLY where I needed my payments to be, it was still a back and forth game. We (my boyfriend & I) got tired of waiting for the next "offer" so we left to grab lunch and I asked Kay to call me once the sales manager got my payments where I needed. He didn't think I was serious about buying the car and was irritated that I left to get lunch and wanted me back in the showroom before negotiating anymore! Seriously? At that point, I was actually considering NOT returning and buying a car somewhere else & I expressed my dissatisfaction. Then, all of a sudden, WE HAVE A DEAL! Well, if the sales manager wouldn't have kept playing games and said yes, we can get you at exactly the payment you need, it would have been a very quick process! I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, so I guess all is well that ends well. But, the new sales manager has a lot to learn about customer service and a lot to learn about how to treat his staff! More

Outpatient Customer The processing of my lease occurred the same time I was involved with outpatient surgery, which meant that to visit the Sales/Lease facility I needed The processing of my lease occurred the same time I was involved with outpatient surgery, which meant that to visit the Sales/Lease facility I needed special cooperation from Southern States to effect the lease agreement in the narrow end-of-May window that was available...and the exact Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was on the lot, ready to lease, so losing the deal would have been doubly disappointing. Instead, we enjoyed the outcome my wife and I desired, thanks all and all to Mr. Lynch. That's why all our survey marks are top notch. P.S. SLOW SLOW The service is awful. I would never voluntarily use their service better, but if you want to keep the warranty on your car you have to get your oil ch The service is awful. I would never voluntarily use their service better, but if you want to keep the warranty on your car you have to get your oil changed here. 2+ hours for an oil change, even if you have an appointment, and there are never loaner cars available. I get into an argument with the people here every single time I get my oil changed (about every 1.5 months) because of how slow they are, but their response is basically "oh well". Ridiculous. More

The staff at Southern States was most helpful and not aggressive as some other dealers where in my car research. It was not my intention to purchase the Genesis as I felt as though it was unattainable (but it was to be) my car! My particular sale person (ES) gave me space and time to consider all the options. What most impressed me was that he shared more about the history of Genesis and not try and put me behind the wheel. The car spoke for its self but (ES) was informative of all the features, and listened to every minuet detail of my do' and dont's . Thank you again (ES - if you are reading this). I am a happy customer! You do not see many of the Genesis on the road but I hope in due time people will come to see the cars value and elegance that Genesis offers. More
