Disrespectful and pushy I recently looked into buying a car at this dealer. The person who gave the test drive did a fine job but the person who was supposed to be negotiatin I recently looked into buying a car at this dealer. The person who gave the test drive did a fine job but the person who was supposed to be negotiating a price did not provide the information requested, they did not try to give numbers near the price requested saying 'we can work something out at that price' but not providing any details on the actual price of the car or which car he was actually referring too. This was extremely frustrating. Worst of all the person was disrespectful about what I deemed important in a car acting in a condescending manner. I can only assume that the person took it for granted that I could not afford the car and therefore was never really treating me as a customer. At this point I would NEVER recommend Southern Oregon Subaru to anyone. If a person is looking for a Subaru they should go elsewhere. More

From the moment I shook hands with Nick Knutson the experience was relaxed and professional. We were looking for a used car and you never know what kind of problems you are going to inherit. Nick explained the process that their service department takes to ensure that the cars are mechanically healthy and clean. I got a beautiful used 2013 Outback. I was treated right and Nick worked hard to fit this vehicle into my budget! More

Increbile service backed by an even more amazing car company I always knew that Subaru was a top car, but when I went to SOVS after checking out Hondas and Toyotas and test driving a Forester, there was no compa I always knew that Subaru was a top car, but when I went to SOVS after checking out Hondas and Toyotas and test driving a Forester, there was no comparison. The cars are superior. Purchased a 2014 Forester and loved the car. Unfortunately, it has a factory defect on the dash - a quarter sized bubble. When I brought the car back a week after purchase they said "No problem. We'll replace the dash." Which they did. That is when the trouble started. The new dash vibrated. They repaired it. The problem returned - many times. Every time they said "Don't worry, if we can't fix it we'll take care of you." I was patient because they were nice, respectful and truly cared. The problem persisted and finally after nearly a year of issues Chris Sorensen stepped in worked out a deal with the national Subaru folks to get me a new 2014 Forester. Yes, it was a factory defect but still - I was absolutely amazed that he "did take care of me" and stuck to his word. How many car dealers and companies actually come through and take care of their customers like this? Not many, unfortunately. I will be a Southern Oregon Subaru customer for life now. They walked their talk! And I can't say enough about how they offered the best customer service I have ever seen from any company I've ever encountered. I will be buying my next car from them, that I am certain. More
