I've had excellent experience with the So Oregon Subaru team, across the board. I originally contacted Sales by phone, then visited Parts and Service with some questions, and eventually purchased a used vehicle from them - favoring them over a competitor based on my experience with them thus far. Their Sales and Financing team were straightforward and easy to deal with, and we love our car! This dealership's employees tend to all have long tenure - my rep was the 'new guy' and he's been there 6 years! Long tenure is a very good sign of happy people and a good work environment, and is quite unusual in the car sales business. I expect to continue working with this dealership primarily going forward.
