I took my 2012 Subaru Impreza into the service center today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise the today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise they called me only after about 4 hours from when I dropped it off and told me I could come by whenever to pick up my fixed car!! and informed me that I had a warranty on my transmission that I didn’t even know about and because of that I walked out with a new car and didn’t have to pay a dime! my service advisor Stephen Abrams went above and beyond to make sure I got the best experience possible in a not so fun time If you need your Subaru fixed I would recommend SO Subaru and to ask for Stephan Abrams he is very good at his job and pleasant to do business with. I've had excellent experience with the So Oregon Subaru team, across the board. We had to replace our family car quickly, at a time when car inventory is low and prices are high everywhere (pandemic). I team, across the board. I originally contacted Sales by phone, then visited Parts and Service with some questions, and eventually purchased a used vehicle from them - favoring them over a competitor based on my experience with them thus far. Their Sales and Financing team were straightforward and easy to deal with, and we love our car! This dealership's employees tend to all have long tenure - my rep was the 'new guy' and he's been there 6 years! Long tenure is a very good sign of happy people and a good work environment, and is quite unusual in the car sales business. I expect to continue working with this dealership primarily going forward.
