The guys were very up to date on the car's features and operation. I'm a techie and a car guy so I tested then a few times and they passed with flying colors. There was no pressure whatsoever and the entire transaction took just a few hours. Bob, their finance officer was also excellent. He showed us four options we could add and the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty seemed very competitive and complete so we got that. Since we are getting older and don't want another car ever, it seemed wise. All in all, this was a great transaction from start to finish. Well done, gentlemen! BTW... The limited outback is an absolute dream to drive. Great milage, very comfortable and awesome to drive.... and quieter than our lexus was. With hearing aids, that was huge for me. Who turned out to be another fantastic person. He knew our situation and did not try and take advantage of it. He was compassionate, kind, very helpful, and made the shock of what we had to do while dealing with the craziness of the supply issues much easier. As fate would have it, we ended up better off than we expected and at a fair price. We truly appreciate all the help and care shown to us and the time spent going above and beyond to help in a time when inventory is so low, they had no reason to...Other than that fact that they are just good people.
