The finance guy explained all the warranty options, and I never felt pressured to get anything i didn't want. After I bought my car, they took the time to explain all the features and let me ask as many questions as I needed. They also follow up to make sure I'm getting the most out the car. Not only did James take us on a test drive and go over all aspects of the car in great detail, he made us feel like we were the only ones in the showroom (we weren’t).
