He also had an area perfect for test driving planned and was able to demonstrate a lot of the vehicles functionality while letting me experiment with some along a perfect road for a test driving experience (It had lots of curves, up and down slopes, and places perfect for speed stretches). Josh Silva made the negotiation process smooth as well, we definitely went back and forth to see what kind of options we could get to fit my budget but the main takeaway was that it was very clear he was willing to help me find something that I could manage. The professionalism in my experience was top notch with everyone I dealt with which is all I could ask for in the end. The car dealership experience can be really rough but dealing with these guys was just convenient and intuitive throughout all stages. More

After being treated like 3rd class citizens in Oregon by the finance specialist Valerie Terrones with what was presented to her as clear cut paperwork to process a simple transaction and the attitude that pursued it is amazing to me this dealership has maintained a good rating on Google reviews... my advise is instead of attacking your upset 😡 customers... why not find out why they aren't happy before cussing them out! AJ and the team at SO Subaru made our car buying experience great! We normally hate to shop for used cars and before we found SO Subaru, nothing had changed our minds. We had been ALL over looking for our next car, and were having a real tough couple of "car" months. AJ pointed out a very nice Honda Accord that had just come in on trade - they hadn't even checked it out in the shop yet. But the team rushed it through, replaced or repaired key components that needed it, and within a couple of days, we had our new used car. We really recommend giving AJ (or Levi) a call if you are looking for a good used vehicle. We'll be back for our next one! More

I know that when I take my car in, I will get an honest quote and it will be repaired correctly and that has offered me a lot of peace of mind.
