I’ve been seeing Stephan for service on my Subaru Crosstrek since I purchased it in 2016. He is always kind and welcoming, and he makes his customers feel like they are top priority. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance and repairs, but Stephan explains what is needed and recommended in a way I can understand and never makes me feel silly for asking questions. At this point though, I just hand him the keys and tell him to do whatever he recommends, because I know my car is in the best hands. I’m moving out of state soon and I’m not looking forward to finding a new service advisor, because I know Stephan can’t be topped! More

Ty was a pleasure to work with when I wanted to reserve my crosstrek. Cars get sold very fast at this location and I knew the car I wanted and the place I wanted to purchase it from. So, when I saw it online in transit I decided to reserve it. Ty was super helpful,knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He doesn't presure you and makes buying a car an easy process. Southern oregon subaru is obviously dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied and the process is smooth. I recommend going there and asking for Ty if your looking for a subaru. I am so happy I did! More
