We truly regret the frustration you've experienced with your truck, and we want to reiterate that we did everything we could to address the issues that arose. From the moment the concerns were identified, we worked to ensure you had a vehicle to drive while the repairs were handled, including loaning you the general sales manager’s personal truck during the repair period. Regarding the radio, we wanted to offer you a solution that would minimize your out-of-pocket expense, and we covered the majority of the replacement cost as a goodwill gesture. As for the airbag issue, we partnered with Lithia Dodge to facilitate repairs, but unfortunately, the parts delays and scheduling were beyond our control. When you inquired about selling the truck back to us, we did make a fair offer based on the current market value, but short of buying the vehicle back at a higher price than what is it worth six weeks later, we’re not sure what else we could have done. We have to factor in market conditions and can't make a purchase thousands of dollars higher than the vehicle is worth based on the inconvenience of back ordered parts. The issue there is with Dodge and not with SO Subaru. Your safety and satisfaction are always our priority, and we’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t meet your expectations. If there’s anything more we can do to assist moving forward, we’d be happy to discuss potential next steps.
