The service person was real help full with my inspection when the system online reservation was not accurate. First I scheduled for 5/27. Then I received a message to reschedule because of holiday. I called when the system online reservation was not accurate. First I scheduled for 5/27. Then I received a message to reschedule because of holiday. I called customer care and they rescheduled for 5/25. Received an email. Two days later I received an email for a recall 5/23 which I did not request, The gentleman was so helpful in getting my inspection the day that was rescheduled. This is the second time I was sent this and filled it out. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service and the way they don’t explain that I have to discuss things with an assigned advisor until I calle out. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I am unable to talk with anyone. You call and get transferred to a service advisor, no one picks up and have to leave a message. My appointment was at 8:20, I was told I had to drop my car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to my car. I was told my check engine light was off and it was some sort of oxygen sensor that came up on the diagnostic. They didn't fix the issue, issue me a quote....nothing. My check engine light came immediately back on. More
