I cannot warn you enough about how incredibly crooked and disrespectful this dealership is. And I'm talking about the senior leadership no less - Brett Lloyd, general manager, Wes Williams, fixed operation disrespectful this dealership is. And I'm talking about the senior leadership no less - Brett Lloyd, general manager, Wes Williams, fixed operation manager, and Josh Standard, service manager. There was so much deceit, lying, miscommunication, lack of communication and broken promises. It would take forever to even run through all the things that they did wrong and how they had no regard for me or my time. Ultimately it came down to they did not properly diagnose my car instead they continued to use a error code that I gave them from the scan at the auto part store to tell me that I needed to replace the camshaft ($3399.46) and timing change guide and tensioner ($501.41) or even better replace engine long block for $7695.01. This was recommended on a 2017 Kia with over 100,000 miles that doesn't even make sense. .And there were NO issues with the car in terms of performance or anything - this was just a random check engine light that I wanted to get checked out. I was promised the Master Technician had personally checked my car. In three different conversations I asked them if it could be the solenoid (simple AI search came up with that) and they kept pushing the engine replacement!!!! They had my car for WEEKS as we went back and forth. I would call and no one would ever return my call or answer my questions. I finally picked it up and brought it to a reputable dealer service shop who fixed my car in one day for $500. And no surprise - it was the solenoid. I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure the check engine light did not come back on. I've been driving it for well over 6 weeks now, not a single problem. Be warned - multiple people tried to sell me on repairs upwards of $7600 dollars and it was a $500 fix. As much as I love my Kia (I have had two) I won’t buy another one because of his dealership. We have been dealing with this dealership since 2023 when we purchased our Telluride. The beginning was rocky when the first salesman told us he did not have any Tellerides in stock. Then we were given anoth we purchased our Telluride. The beginning was rocky when the first salesman told us he did not have any Tellerides in stock. Then we were given another salesman that did know what was in stock and I fell in love with my Telluride. Then, we had issues with the finance representative that became very upset when we wanted to go with our bank at a much lower interest. He threatened to stop the sale and make us leave. Our salesman stepped in and apologized for his actions and all was well. Then, the issues began again, when we had to take our car in for recall and warranty work. It took a long time to get in, extended time in the shop and no status notifications. Right now my car is still in the shop after 8 days with no idea when I may get my car back. They are having issues getting my car calibrated. We have called multiple times leaving messages, sending texts and just calling to talk with a human. The 2 times I could get someone to answer just tried to connect me with the service department and told me no one would answer. It's very infuriating to feel that they do not care, that it's alright to keep your car days on end without giving us a plan for fixing the car. They knew day 1 what the problem was! Today, still no calls or texts. I would not recommend them for any service needs. I feel ignored, management trying to blame me for "missing an appointment" when we changed it and telling me they are very busy, thus they do not have time to call. Please do not use them. More

If you actually want your car “fixed” I STRONGLY suggest going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never be answered, service employees to quit or be fired who were supposed to be working on your car, and to have none of your car issues ever be resolved then I highly advise Southern! More

It’s should be self explanatory as to why this is a 1 star rating. This dealership has had many changes in management and the turn over rate of its service advisors and technicians has been ridiculous. T star rating. Took my broken down car in on Saturday. Was called on Monday and they said it would be diagnosed “soon”. Called Wednesday because we hadn’t heard anything. Was told they would not be able to look at the car until the following Monday. Went in on Thursday to see about the possibility of a rental. Was told they were unable to provide a free rental until it was diagnosed. Was also told that it was unlikely that it would be diagnosed on Monday and instead would probably be 4 WEEKS until they would be able to take a look at it. Ridiculous that the wait time is 4 weeks for a completely broken down car. Will not be coming back or recommending. More
