Very bad service,,charge 10 times the price for parts, and labor.don’t know what there doing, they just swap out parts antill they fix it,when I gave them codes for the problems I was having, I had a bad and labor.don’t know what there doing, they just swap out parts antill they fix it,when I gave them codes for the problems I was having, I had a bad coil, to they replaced the fuel pump, injectors, plugs. $2000 dollars ,I could get parts online was$200 and it only takes 30 minutes for what they replaced. They are rip off artist.never go there again…the one code was po302 which means number 2 cylinder plug wasn’t getting enough spark, ok common sense would tell you the coil is were the plugs get it’s spark,so there for replace the coil.. duh….so they decided to replace injectors first and it didn’t fix it,so they put new plugs in and that didn’t fix the problem,so now they say it’s the fuel pump ,installed that didn’t fix it, so now they finally replaced the coil and that fixed it, that should have been the first thing to replace under code po302.., these people are a joke and a rip off, I’m considering when I get some free time to call channel 10 on your side to call out the dealership on there crap!! And now 2 days later my check engine light is back on!!! You can bet it won’t never go back to that dealership!!!🤬an I think I’m going to take them to court, what they didn’t realize is I am a mechanic to!!! I new what the problem was and told them but I guess they thought they new better than me…. More
The information from night drop-off envelope did not get to the service adviser so 2 1/2 of the 3 items did not happen. We only received the oil change. The 60K service, tire pressure monitor, and checking to the service adviser so 2 1/2 of the 3 items did not happen. We only received the oil change. I also did not get a phone call so I could explain the stopping problem. So there's a process problem with getting information from the envelope to the service adviser. More

I had an appointment for oil change and state inspection. I waited for about an hour (which was fine) and the two came to tell me my car was ready and that the oil change went well but they could not do my i I waited for about an hour (which was fine) and the two came to tell me my car was ready and that the oil change went well but they could not do my inspection due to just running out of stickers. She told me someone would call me in a few days to reschedule the state inspection. This is a big inconvenience. Plus they knew I was coming. More
