I bought my Telluride from Southern Kia - Greenbrier, I paid an upcharge at the time due to demand. My last service appt was as for my 16,000 mi check up along the with a SE vice recall and a manufacturer recall. I had also asked for a look at my headliner, as it seemed to be pulling away from the edge at the rear ceiling. When I was called to let me know my car was ready, I was told my concern about the headliner was considered normal wear and tear-:simply insulting! My car is virtually brand new. Subsequently, I have another service appt scheduled to address this concern. For the same visit, there were recommendations for additional service that no one informed me of! Further, it was noted on record that I declined those services...let me ask, how can I have declined something that was never offered or explained to me?? After I had left with my vehicle, I soon realized my maintenance schedule had not been reset on my vehicle, nor was I given a swing shield sticker to remind me. This required me to return to the dealership at the expense of MY time! Furthermore, I have an inspection that I have just realized is 6 months past due, and NO ONE bothered to bring this to my attention! It is my understanding that the dealership do my annual inspections as a courtesy?! And NOW! I've just received another manufacturer's recall in the mail that is going to cost my time and my patience to be taken care of! Needless to say, I am quite dissatisfied! I might add that the service representative, when I returned to have my maintenance schedule reset, was patronizing and only provided excuses for what had not been done that should have been done on the 1st visit!! More

Took my broken down car in on Saturday. Was called on Monday and they said it would be diagnosed “soon”. Called Wednesday because we hadn’t heard anything. Was told they would not be able to look at the car until the following Monday. Went in on Thursday to see about the possibility of a rental. Was told they were unable to provide a free rental until it was diagnosed. Was also told that it was unlikely that it would be diagnosed on Monday and instead would probably be 4 WEEKS until they would be able to take a look at it. Ridiculous that the wait time is 4 weeks for a completely broken down car. Will not be coming back or recommending. More

Normally awesome service but was not happy my last visit. After oil change check engine light came on was told impossible it was related and told to have another shop look at my car. Light went off about hour later and never returned. I researched myself and found there are things done during an oil change that can cause it and would go off later. Service clerk was not knowledgeable. More
