Southern Kia Greenbrier- I have responded to this message privately with my contact information. Publicly, I would like to point out that my account is marked as a verified customer. If you are still having trouble finding me in your system, Josh Standard, the service manager I spoke with, sent me an email on Oct. 19th, 2023, subject line: “Recommendation” at 12:49pm. After much back and forth with Josh, and his refusal to allow me to speak with another manager, he did ultimately agree to send me an email outlining the status and course of action for my Kia. Unfortunately, the only information he included regarding my vehicle, which became non-operational twice following my visit to your dealership, was that I needed an oil change. At no point during my three previous visits did anyone mention an oil change, or any other problems with oil consumption or loss or alike.
